Ils sont originaires de Port-au-Prince et d’Anse-à-Pitres.
Selon les informations dont disposent les enquêteurs de la Direction Centrale de la Police Judiciaire (DCPJ), ces individus entretenaient des relations avec le bandit notoire Bougòy, chef d’un gang opérant à Gran Ravin, situé dans le département de l’Ouest.
Ils avaient également l’habitude d’utiliser la zone du cimetière de Port-au-Prince pour effectuer les activités de la livraison d’armes avec leurs acolytes.
À noter que lors de leur audition, Réus Chrisnel avait lui-même avoué que le fusil lui avait été confié par un dominicain, membre du réseau de trafiquants, a informé la PNH.
