Programme de Soutien Innovant pour les Transporteurs Haïtiens
Le gouvernement haïtien a annoncé une initiative audacieuse pour relever les défis financiers auxquels sont confrontés les transporteurs du pays. Dans le cadre d’un programme pilote novateur, des cartes pétrolières seront distribuées afin de soutenir le secteur du transport, qui fait face à des pressions économiques croissantes.
Le Ministre du Commerce, Ricardin Saint Jean, a dévoilé les détails de ce programme ambitieux. Dans un premier temps, le programme ciblera 25 000 conducteurs de transport, qui bénéficieront chacun d’un crédit de 15 000 gourdes. L’objectif de cette initiative est de soulager immédiatement les conducteurs confrontés à des coûts de carburant en constante augmentation. La distribution des cartes est prévue dès la semaine prochaine, offrant ainsi une opportunité essentielle aux transporteurs sélectionnés pour bénéficier de cette aide.
Cependant, cette étape initiale ne représente qu’une partie de l’ensemble. Le Ministre Saint Jean a souligné que le but ultime du programme est d’atteindre jusqu’à 100 000 conducteurs, touchant ainsi une part significative des acteurs clés du secteur des transports en Haïti. Cette démarche ambitieuse démontre l’engagement du gouvernement à répondre aux besoins concrets et immédiats des transporteurs, qui se trouvent souvent en première ligne des enjeux économiques et logistiques du pays.
En termes de financement, le gouvernement s’est engagé à allouer des ressources substantielles pour assurer le succès de cette initiative. Le Ministre Saint Jean a révélé que le Gouvernement prévoit de débloquer un montant total de 1,6 milliard de gourdes, témoignant ainsi de son engagement envers le bien-être économique des transporteurs. Cette somme servira non seulement à fournir des crédits aux conducteurs, mais également à investir dans la stabilité et la vitalité du secteur du transport en Haïti.
Cette initiative marque une étape significative dans les efforts du gouvernement haïtien pour atténuer les défis financiers auxquels sont confrontés les transporteurs.
