Opération Tornade 1 : Quatre bandits stoppés
Quatre (4) présumés bandits ont été mortellement blessés, dont le chef de gang Izo ainsi connu, dans des échanges de tirs avec les forces de l’ordre, lors d’une opération menée conjointement entre la Police de Lascahobas et l’UDMO de Mirebalais, le dimanche 12 février 2023.
Au cours de cette opération, un (1) fusil d’assaut de calibre M4 et un (1) pistolet 9mm ont été récupérés.
Un (1) véhicule de marque Lexus, de couleur noire, a été également confisqué, ont fait savoir les autorités policières.
Dans le cadre de l’opération “Tornade 1” lancée à travers tout le territoire national contre les gangs armés, le Commandant en chef de la PNH, Frantz Elbé, a passé des instructions aux Directeurs Départementaux et Responsables des différentes juridictions de police de tout mettre en branle afin d’arriver à démanteler tous les foyers de gangs, a précisé l’institution policière.
