L’ULCC lance une journée de déclaration de patrimoine dédiée aux agents publics
L’Unité de Lutte Contre la Corruption (ULCC) a publié une note, le lundi 20 février 2023, dans laquelle elle annonce une journée de déclaration de patrimoine dédiée aux agents publics.
En effet, l’ULCC tiendra en date du mardi 28 février 2023, de 9 heures a.m. à 4 heures p.m., en son local sis au numéro 13 de la rue Sapotille à Pacot, une journée de déclaration de patrimoine dédiée aux agents publics assujettis à cette procédure prévue par la loi du 12 février 2008 portant déclaration de patrimoine par certaines catégories de personnalités politiques, de fonctionnaires et autres agents publics.
Pour faciliter les concernés par ladite procédure, l’Unité de Lutte Contre la Corruption (ULCC) mettra à leur disposition des notaires, des greffiers et des Substituts du Commissaire du Gouvernement, ce qui est une occasion unique de finaliser le processus sur place, après la cérémonie officielle qui sera tenue en la circonstance.
Également, un éventail de documentation spécialisée relative à la déclaration de patrimoine et des agents de l’ULCC préposés seront disponibles pour toutes les visiteuses et tous les visiteurs qui voudront profiter de cette journée de porte ouverte pour s’enrichir.
En ce sens, l’Unité de Lutte Contre la Corruption (ULCC) rappelle que la formalité de déclaration de patrimoine est une obligation légale pour les personnes qui y sont assujetties et des sanctions sont prévues contre les contrevenants.
